Collection categories and methods of personal information The Company collects user's smartphone information as follows to provide services. 1) Collection categories : Smartphone user’s e-mail (e-mail address), location information, user’s name and trade (company) name 2) Personal information collection method : CH Global Application 2. Purpose of collection and use of personal information The company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes. 1) Smooth service provision and a guide to information (Disability, advertisement, event, etc.) 2) A guide to information for application usage period 3) Provide prompt After-sales Service 3. Period of retention and use of personal information In principle, the information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the following reasons. ▶ Information retention according to company policy - Retention categories : Smartphone user’s e-mail (e-mail address), registered location information, user’s name and trade (company) name - Reason for retention : Request for cooperation in investigation by related organizations in case of abuse of user's rights and prevention of abuse - Retention period : 1 year from the date of installation of the App (In case of a dispute, however, it is retained until the dispute is resolved) ▶ Retention of information according to relevant laws - Retention categories : Smartphone user’s e-mail (e-mail address), registered location information, user’s name and trade (company) name - Basis for retention : Article 15-2 of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act (Obligation to cooperate in telecommunication business) - Retention period : 12 months for a customer’s date and time of telecommunication, start and end time of telecommunication, and incoming and outgoing communication numbers (6 months for data related to intra-city and intercity service), and more than 3 months for service usage records or internet log records - Basis for retention : Prevention of confusion in service use, cooperation with the investigation of the relevant authorities into illegal use, etc. - Retention period: 1 year 4. Procedures and methods of personal information destruction In principle, the company destroys the information without delay after the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved, and the destruction procedure and method are as follows. ▶ Destruction procedure - User information is transferred to a separate DB (Separate filing box for paper) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period of time in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations (Refer to retention and use period), and then destroyed. - Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any other purpose except in cases pursuant to the law. ▶ Destruction method - Personal information stored in electronic file format will be deleted using a technical method that cannot replay a record. - Personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed through incineration. 5. Reading and providing personal information 1) When a user requests to view personal information, the Company provides personal information after verifying the user’s identity. 2) The company uses users’ personal information within the range notified in “2.
